We provide a Bill of Quantity reporting service for both residential and commercial properties. BOQ report aims to give builders an estimation of cost to construct their project. The final estimation for constructing a property can be reached on the basis of this report. We highly recommend this service for any self builder or builder as it outlines all basic costs before construction commences.

In a difficult market it is vital to ensure that you are purchasing the correct site that will suit the needs of you and your family at the right price. With years of experience in the property industry we are happy to offer our services in the search for your new building plot.
We can then sit down with you and look at the options on each plot, possible layouts, construction costs, fit out costs, purchase costs and put together a whole package for you to consider.
